Welcome to ShowForAi (the “Software” or “SFA”). Please read these Terms of Service before using the Software. By installing, launching, or using the Software, you confirm that you have read and agree to all of these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Software immediately.
2.1 The Software is currently a prerelease / release-candidate product and is provided “AS IS,” without any express or implied warranty, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or availability.
2.2 During prerelease, the Software may contain defects, crash, or have incomplete features. User data may be lost or damaged because of software errors, cloud-service failures, or upgrades. You are responsible for maintaining local backups of your scripts and data.
2.3 To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for direct or indirect loss caused by prerelease defects or data loss.
3.1 Script ownership: You own the scripts you record, create, or edit with the Software, including step data, screenshots, and templates. We provide storage, synchronization, and sharing services only. When you actively enable cloud sync, create a share, publish a paid share, or purchase/import a cloud share, related script structure, visual templates or screenshot crops, step parameters, and typed text may be uploaded to the cloud or downloaded to your device.
3.2 Use restrictions: You must not use the Software for:
3.3 No reverse engineering: You must not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, bypass registration controls, or modify the client binary.
3.4 Account security: You are responsible for protecting your sign-in credentials and for loss caused by compromise or disclosure resulting from your own actions.
3.5 Local and cloud feature boundary: Signed-out users may only list, view, run, and control existing local scripts. Recording, AI-assisted script generation, and other content-writing operations require an account with available allowance. Cloud sync, sharing, paid sharing, purchase/import, AI allowance status, membership, creator, feedback, account, and settings-write features also require the applicable cloud permissions. When those cloud features are used, related script structure, visual templates or screenshot crops, step parameters, and typed text may move between the device and the cloud.
3.6 AI visual-recognition boundary: Local heuristic output may be used to finish an already-authorized generation session only after a third-party model or provider call fails. A local fallback will not bypass sign-in, allowance, or generation authorization. After authorization, recognition may send the screenshot crop for the current action, the operation point (click coordinates), and necessary diagnostic information to our cloud service and its third-party model providers to identify the visual target region.
4.1 We may suspend, modify, or discontinue prerelease services without prior notice.
4.2 If you violate these Terms, we may immediately suspend or terminate your access and reserve any available legal rights.
4.3 We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Updated terms will be published in the Software.
5.1 The ordinary paid-share path is a direct buyer payment for a specific creator script or playlist. After the payment provider confirms the content order, SFA grants access and records the corresponding creator revenue.
5.2 Every new account receives a one-time lifetime allowance of 50 AI recognitions. The current membership plan provides membership AI allowance and cloud limits from its checkout snapshot. AI allowance is not money, stored value, or a prepaid balance and cannot be topped up, transferred, withdrawn, redeemed for cash, or used to buy a membership, script, or playlist. If a system error causes an incorrect deduction, SFA restores only the original trial or membership source from the audit record.
5.3 After a paid-share purchase succeeds, the system records the creator’s pending cash revenue in the smallest currency unit under the current 80/20 split: 80% to the creator and 20% to the platform. Revenue then enters a 30-day hold. Refunds, disputes, risk controls, duplicate orders, or abnormal orders may delay, deduct, or reverse creator revenue.
5.4 A creator may request a manual payout when eligible. During prerelease, operators make payouts manually in CNY. SFA does not promise automatic split payments or immediate availability, does not provide custody or safeguarding of funds, and does not represent that a third-party provider has approved automated marketplace payouts.
6.1 You independently record and trigger all operations performed by the Software. We are not responsible for script content, execution results, or effects on a target application or website.
6.2 You are responsible for loss caused by violating the terms of a target application, including account suspension resulting from bulk operations.
