ShowForAi (SFA) Refund Policy

1. Direct payment for paid content

1.1 SFA is currently a prerelease / release-candidate product. The ordinary paid-share path in Creator Revenue Beta is Direct Content Payment: a buyer pays for a specific creator script or playlist, and after the provider confirms that content order, SFA grants access and records creator revenue.

1.2 SFA has no points wallet or allowance top-up. AI allowance comes only from the one-time 50-use account trial and active membership grants; it is not a paid-share purchase method.

1.3 Creator revenue is recorded in the smallest cash unit under the 80/20 rule and held for 30 days. Eligible creators may then request manual payout. SFA does not promise automatic splitting or immediate receipt.

2. AI allowance and error correction

• Nature of allowance: Trial and membership AI allowances are not money, stored value, or prepaid balances and cannot be topped up, transferred, withdrawn, redeemed for cash, or used to buy a membership, script, or playlist.
• Error correction: If a system error causes an incorrect deduction, operations staff may restore only the original trial or membership source from the audited reservation. This is not a payment, cash refund, or new transferable right.
• Membership payment disputes: Real-money issues involving a membership order are handled according to the order state, applicable law, original payment-provider capability, and manual review. Allowance correction does not replace a real-money refund.

3. Purchased scripts and creator revenue

• Purchase refunds: A paid-sharing refund is reviewed using access state, download state, the reason for the dispute, and platform records. A refund may revoke buyer access and reverse the associated held creator revenue.
• Revenue hold: After purchase, creator revenue is recorded in the smallest cash unit under the 80/20 rule and held for 30 days. Refunds, disputes, risk controls, or abnormal transactions may delay, deduct, or reverse revenue.
• Manual payout: Creators may request payout when eligible. During prerelease, operations staff make payouts manually in CNY. SFA does not promise automatic splitting or immediate receipt, does not provide escrow or custodial services, and does not represent that a provider has approved automated marketplace payouts.

4. Dispute resolution

4.1 For a dispute involving a Direct Content Payment purchase, an AI-allowance error, a refund, or creator revenue, operators make a determination using order records, allowance audit records, usage records, external-payment proof summaries, and necessary communication records.

4.2 For a high-value or complex dispute, a party may seek mediation from an applicable consumer association or bring a claim before a court with jurisdiction.
